How do I sign my customers up to LPE?

You can use the signup button above to sign up your customers to LPE. When using the form, please remember to include your Agent ID so we can identify you.

Where do I find my agent ID?

Your Agent ID was supplied on your signup agreement, if you can't locate it please contact us on info@localityenergy.com.au or 1800 040 168.

What happens once I sign up a customer to LPE?

Our customer care team take care of all the details for you and the customer. The customer won't need to contact their current electricity provider - we take care of it all. A welcome pack will be sent to the customer within 10-14 business days with their account information. They will also receive the last bill from their old provider.

What marketing collateral will I receive?

After your agency agreement is executed, you will receive flyers, posters and window stickers as well as training to assist you promote your agency as well as follow processes.

Where is LPE based?

LPE is 100% Australian with our head office and customer care team based in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast.

Can I speak to someone?

Is LPE Australian owned?

We're 100% Australian. By joining LPE, you are supporting a local business to employ locals which in turn supports our local community and our local economy.

How does LPE support the local community?

LPE sponsor several local not for profit organisations and grass roots sporting clubs. By joining LPE, you are supporting a local business to employ locals, help community groups and boost our local economy.

Am I locked into a contract?

LPE does not have lock-in contacts on our plans. Customers can exit at any time.

Is it easy to switch to LPE?

Joining LPE is easy. The online form is designed for you, as our agency, to collect all customer information required in around 3 minutes. If there is any sticking point, simply call our Customer Care Team on 1800 040 168 and we will help you out. LPE takes care of everything including notifying the old provider. No need for awkward conversations by you or your customer! All your customer needs to sign up is proof of identity such as a Drivers License or Medicare Card.
