TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 12 Month Deferit Subscription


  • The offer is available only via the link contained in Deferit customer communications.
  • This offer is available to new residential customers on the Mates Rate plan in the Energex region and Your Region’s Best Price in the Ergon T1 region in Queensland.
  • The offer period begins on 1 June 2021 and ends on 30 May 2022, unless this offer is withdrawn earlier. 
  • The customer will be eligible to receive one (1) Deferit subscription after completion of new account transfer to LPE. 
  • The Deferit subscription is for a maximum of 12 months from the subscription's commencement date agreed with Deferit.
  • The customer will read and abide by Deferit's Terms and Conditions available by clicking here.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other LPE offer/promotion/discount within 12 months of opening an LPE account.
  • You signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and also Deferit's Terms and Conditions by opening an LPE account and participating in this offer.
  • You agree to LPE sharing your name, address and contact details with Deferit for the purposes of organising your annual Deferit subscription.


  • Your Deferit subscription is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred to any other account or individual, cannot be deferred to another time or to any other form of payment, and cannot be exchanged for any other offer/promotion/discount. 


It is not intended that these rules or incentives change or end, however if this does happen LPE will reflect the changes here.  


  • LPE employees are ineligible to receive this offer. 
  • Only one (1) Deferit subscription will be issued in any 12 month period to each customer.
  • Any new customer who has received, or will receive, any other LPE offer/promotion/discount within 12 months of opening an LPE account is not eligible to receive this offer.
