For enquiries such as these, feel free to log into your portal using the link provided.

Simply click on ‘Forgot Password? First Time User?’ to register and then enter your Email Address to be sent a password reset link.

You will be sent an email with a link to set up a password within 1 minute, note that this may also go to your junk/spam folder.
