LPE Delivers Record NPS Score of 39 and 25% Increase in Employee Engagement

At a time of significant transformation, LPE has reported a record Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 39, alongside a 25% increase in employee engagement, reinforcing the company’s strategy of aligning workplace experience with customer outcomes and long-term growth.

These results demonstrate the value of LPE’s ongoing investment in its people, workplace, and customer experience. Higher employee engagement is driving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery. LPE’s annual customer survey, independently conducted by the Verian Group, identified service quality, responsiveness, and overall customer experience as key strengths. Results compared favourably with both regional utilities and other embedded network providers, reinforcing LPE’s strong market position.

These outcomes also support LPE’s broader commercial objectives, with stronger customer sentiment expected to enhance retention, support contract renewals, and underpin sustainable revenue growth.

Chief Executive Officer Scott Taylor said the results demonstrate the tangible impact of a deliberate and integrated people and customer strategy.

“These results confirm the direct link between employee engagement and customer outcomes. By investing in our people and creating an environment where they can perform at their best, we are delivering a higher quality experience for our customers.”

Mr Taylor said LPE’s recent relocation to its new headquarters at 50 First Avenue has played a key role in supporting this uplift.

“Our new workplace is a strategic investment in how we operate as a business. It has enhanced collaboration, strengthened team connectivity, and created an environment that supports performance, innovation and growth.”

As the first commercial tenant in the premium-grade 50 First Avenue development, LPE’s presence underscores its long-term commitment to the Sunshine Coast and its role in supporting regional economic growth. The building’s infrastructure, sustainability credentials, and central location align with LPE’s strategy to scale its multi-utility offering and enhance operational efficiency.
