LPE Secures Three New Development Partnerships to Support Future Residential Communities

LPE has secured three new residential development partnerships that will support the delivery of integrated energy infrastructure and utility services to more than 3,000 new homes across 18 residential developments in Queensland and New South Wales.

Representing an estimated $5.8 million in future capital investment and approximately 4,700 energy and water service points, the partnerships strengthen LPE’s development pipeline while expanding the Company’s integrated multi-utility platform into new residential sectors with strong long-term growth potential.

The partnerships span three growing residential markets:

  • Social and affordable housing, including specialist disability accommodation
  • Design-led premium terrace and townhouse communities
  • Over-50s land lease lifestyle communities

Together, these projects reinforce LPE’s commitment to delivering utility infrastructure that supports well-connected, sustainable communities from planning through to long-term operation, while demonstrating the value developers and communities realise by partnering with an experienced integrated multi-utility services company (MUSCo).

As each development progresses through planning, construction and resident connections, LPE will work alongside developers, body corporates and community operators to deliver embedded electricity networks, metering and utility services that provide residents with reliable energy solutions and dedicated local customer support.

Chair Craig Chambers said the partnerships represent an important step in LPE’s long-term growth strategy.

” These three partnerships mark a material extension of LPE’s platform into adjacent residential asset classes with strong long-term fundamentals. Each partnership has been underwritten on disciplined capital criteria, and the Board is confident the portfolio will contribute recurring revenue and diversification benefit to shareholders in the future as the sites reach connection.”

The partnerships build on LPE’s established experience delivering utility infrastructure for residential developments and reflect increasing demand for integrated energy solutions that are planned early and managed throughout the life of a community.

As these projects progress, LPE will continue to work closely with developers, body corporates and residents to support communities throughout construction, settlement and long-term operation. Read the full ASX announcement: ASX:LPE – LPE Secures Development Partnerships
