Alan brings more than 30 years of experience across the energy, property and infrastructure sectors, with deep expertise in embedded networks, renewable energy, precinct utilities and distributed energy ecosystems. His experience spans wind and solar generation, energy procurement and risk management, recycled water systems and precinct-scale heating and cooling infrastructure that enhance sustainability outcomes and long-term asset value.

Alan joined LPE as Chief Commercial Officer, where he leads commercial operations, customer service, Billing delivery, energy procurement and regulatory engagement across a growing utility infrastructure portfolio. Since joining he has strengthened operational performance, improved regulatory relationships and introduced commercial disciplines that are supporting sustained profitability and customer value outcomes.

Alan has held senior leadership roles with Infigen Energy, Lendlease, TrueGreen Group and Quattro Asset Management, delivering governance frameworks, financing initiatives and long-term business planning to support growth and capital deployment. Alan has successfully led commercial turnarounds, implemented enterprise systems and supported complex infrastructure investments across ASX-listed, global and high-growth organisations.

Alan is a qualified accountant, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Coventry. He is recognised for his strong commercial acumen, governance expertise and ability to translate complex energy and infrastructure challenges into practical, profitable and sustainable outcomes for investors, communities and customers.
