James brings extensive experience in the Australian energy and property sectors and will play a critical role in driving the growth of LPE’s embedded network business for our communities and clients.  James’ background is a proven track record of developing innovative energy solutions for residential communities, including leadership positions such as:

• Executive Director – Energy & Renewables at Prospecta Utilities, a wholly owned subsidiary of GemLife (2024 – 25)
• Head of Strategic Alliances & Growth at Energy Locals (2023)
• Non- Executive Director of Allume Energy (2019 – 2023)
• National Portfolio Manager – Alternative Investments & Head of Energy at Mirvac (2013 – 2023)

James joined LPE on 20 October 2025, at a pivotal time as we focus on expanding our multi-utility platform and innovative solutions, such as distributed generation, battery storage, EV charging and virtual power plants.
