Olivia is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in both private practice and in-house, including ASX compliance and company secretarial roles.

Her background includes extensive company secretarial and corporate governance experience in energy and renewables including as Assistant General Counsel in an ASX 200 company. She has strong Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules expertise, board and reporting experience and energy-sector transaction exposure.
