Refer A Mate Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions:

Available to residential customers in eligible areas of QLD and NSW. 

Offer period begins on Wednesday 1 April 2020 and is ongoing, unless the Offer is withdrawn earlier.

 The Customer will be eligible to receive one (1) $30 credit on their next residential electricity bill for each referral (‘Mate’) that joins LPE.

The credit will be applied once the referred Customer's (‘Mate’) electricity account has been transferred to LPE, provided the Referring Customer still has a residential electricity account with LPE. 

Referred (‘Mate’) customers must remain as an LPE customer for a min of 6 months.  

If the Referred customer doesn’t remain with LPE for the minimum term, the $30 credit will be debited on the referral customers next bill.

The Referred Customer must not have been a customer of LPE prior to the referral or be part of an Embedded Network. 

Customers can sign up as many referrals (‘mates’) as they like. 

Referral must be completed online through the refer a mate unique link. 

If the referred customer does not switch over (Transfer electricity account) to LPE, no billing credit will be applied.

Rules or incentives change or end? It’s not often, but this can happen. If it does, LPE will reflect the changes here. 

Current employees for LPE are ineligible to receive credits for referrals.
