Cube Developments introduced “Nature,” an exclusive luxury community in Cotton Tree. This project includes 13 boutique residential lots, providing stunning views of the Esplanade and Maroochy River.
Solution
LPE partnered with Cube again, as their Embedded Network Manager of choice. We planned, funded, and implemented the complete Embedded Electricity Network infrastructure (managing the new connection with Energex, supply and install of meters and then ongoing embedded network management – ie supply and invoicing energy). We also installed 3-phase instantaneous hot water tanks and an onsite solar & battery system designed to deliver additional cost savings.
